ABOUT ME

I gained a wide range of professional experiences before continuing my journey in academia: I was self-employed, sold artwork, and worked with a folklorist. All of these experiences nurtured an deep appreciation for communication. In addition to being passionate about conducting research, I am also passionate about teaching students and training future leaders.
I love visual art, jazz, running, reading fiction and non-fiction audiobooks, and my fluffy cat named Kilroy.
